Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01. The Tenderer must have completion of Similar Nature of Work at least Tk. 22.00 lac under a single contract over a period of 3(three) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).

02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 45.00 lac over the last five (5) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise Payment Certificate from the respective PE Office.

03. Liquid asset should be tk. 25.00 lac and should sustain in his account for last 3-month before the tender publishment date. In case of submitting credit facility it should be collected on a date after tender publishing date against the work with tender ID with the same amount.

04. In case of quoting same rate, priority shall be given to the tenderer as per latest amendment PPR-2008.
05. Tender submission, evaluation criteria etc. have been described in details in TDS.
06. Supplying Ready made Asphalt concrete products must be from Asphalt Batching Plants.
07. Location of Asphalt Batching Plant is to be considered in the evaluation of this tender.
08. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than ten percent (10%) compared to the RHD Rate Schedule 2023, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis following RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
