Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 28000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction of Deep tube well works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
(b) (1) The minimum specific experience as prime contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of 200 mm or above dia G.I Pipe deep Tube well having 400 mm or above dia housing pipe of minimum length 180 m & total depth of Tube well 300 m with supply of 40 HP pump motor set and ancillary works of minimum TK. 70.00 Lac (single work) in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five ) years.
(2) The work certificate for successful completion of Deep tube well works shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned Department/Organization duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction of the work has been done. Prescribed form for the "Work Certificate" for this purpose will be available in the tender document.
(C) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) years of TK. 150 Lac.
(d) The minimum amount of Liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the tender shall be TK.80 Lac.
(e)Tender's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost shall be rejected.
(f) The minimum tender capacity shall be TK.75 Lac.
