Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 25000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 75000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 25000000 ~ 75000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.The tenderer shall be a manufacturer  Or supplyer. 
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply SPC Electric Pole, Conductor & Electric line construction materials (pole Fittings) of minimum Tk.2.400 Core under the last 05(five) years in any Government/Semi- Government/Autonomous organization.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
5. The tenderer shall submit one nos samples of each item( except Poles) & All coductor Item Sample will be 1 meter at Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. Receipt of sample submission must be uploaded with the tender 
6. Tenderer shall have
i) Valid & updated trade license
ii) Valid & updated income tax clearance certificate.
iii) Valid TIN certificate
iv) Valid VAT registration certificate
