03. The required average annual turnover shall of minimum Tk. 3,00,000.00 (Tk. Three Lac) only over the last 03 (three) years.
04. Tenderer shall have liquid Asset of Tk. 2,50,000.00 (Tk. Two Lac Fifty Five Thousand) Only
