* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 18500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 55500000 BDT.

Moreover, The recent amendment of PPA,2006 which is made vide Act no.37 of 2016 and published vide Bangladesh Gazettee registered no. D A-1 on 01.08.2016 ( 17 Srabon 1423) , of which according to the cluase no. 07 & sub-cluase no.03 "For Open Tender Method (OTM) for procurement of works Tenderer will be considered as non-responsive if the quated rate is 10% more or less than the official cost estimates". On the other hand according to sub-cluase no.04 of cluase no.07, "If the quated rate of all Tenderers are found equal, then reponsive Tendrer will be selected as per rule, but not through Lottery".
The Tenderer must submit upto date valid IT and VAT certificate of 2022-2023 fiscal year and trade license of 2023-2024 fiscal year.
Tenderer must fill up all the forms carefully (e.g. e-PW1-3(A) and e-PW2-3(B)). Tenderer must declaire his running works in detail. Otherwise According to Public Procurement Rules, 2008 Rule no. 127 this will be considered as fraudulent practice.
