Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 720000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2160000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 720000 ~ 2160000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Transformer Manufacturer/Manufacturer authorization to participate the tender.
The Bidder must submit 1 set sample of 10 KVA Transformer before tender submission to the Assistant Engineer (MI), BADC, Kashiani, Gopalganj . The sample must be completed according to Technical Specification. The sample will be considered during evaluation. The copy of the receipt of the same must be enclosed/submitted with the offer. No offer will be accepted without the submission of sample.
The satisfactory completion of supply of 10 KVA Transformer of minimum 700000.00 (Seven Lakh) taka under the single contract in the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 800000.00 (Eight Lakh). The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company's account showing balance of minimum Tk. 800000.00 (Eight Lakh) for at least in a single day not before 11-10-2023.
Manufacturer must have industrial Project registration license issued by the Board of investment Government of Bangladesh, 03 (Three) years over all Manufacturer experience certificate of those particular/respective materials enclosed with the offer.
Manufacturers must have approval of Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board and Valid & Updated Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate;
The tenderer will provide 1 (One ) year warrantee certificate.
