Eligibility criteria:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar works/interior works having a total contract value of at least Tk 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lacs) in which 01 (One) contract value must be at least Tk 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lacs) as a prime contractor over a period of 05 (Five) years shall be required under any government, semi-government or autonomous institution.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least Tk 8,00,000.00 (Eight Lacs) over the last 05 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be at least Tk 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lacs).
