Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 200000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 600000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
b. If the total quoted price is more than 10% (Ten percent) less or above than the Engineer's Estimate, the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates.
c. Defect liability period will be 36 months.
d. Tenderer should mention the full name of his/her firm (No abbreviation is allowed). In case of JV, All the partners should have theexperience of similar nature of work individually.
e. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be consideredas non-responsive.
