Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 22500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7500000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of generator and related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of a 300 KVA Diesel Generator in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government /Semi-Government/Autonomous/ Private organization,with a value of at least Tk. 80.00 Lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
3. Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk. 90.00 lac in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PG 3-8) in Original form. Certificate in support of liquid asset or working capital must be issued from the Bank within date of issuing and the date of submission of tender. It must be unconditional and in favor of the name of concerned work and the certificate must contain a valid email & phone number. Otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
4. The supplier must posses/submit
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Up-to-date trade license.
iii) Up-to-date VAT registration.
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
v) Manufacturer's authorization letter.(e-PG3-5).
vi) Attested copy of documents mentioned in Sl. No. i, ii , iii, iv and original copy of Sl.No. v to be submitted.
