Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 166666 ~ 500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The Tenderer must have minimum 03(three) years experience (Supported by work completion certificate).
2. The tenderer must have the experience in similar nature of works for a minimum value of Tk.1,50,000.00/- (One Lac Fifty Thousand only) under one contract during last three (03) years (Supported by work completion certificate).
3. The required average annual turnover/revenue must be greater than Tk.1,00,000.00 (One Lac only) over last Three years.
4. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
5. Tenderer shall have liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of Tk.1,00,000.00 (One Lac only) in the form of Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)
6. Tenderers who have two or more contracts of similar nature of works including emergency maintenance work and DSS (Distribution Support Service) in DPDC running/ NOA awarded in current year will not be eligible for this contract.
7. All other terms and conditions are as given in the tender document.
