Eligibility criteria:
1. Any / All tenderers who have registraion in Government e-Gp system may participate in the tender provided they fulfil
the criteria as stated in Tender Data Sheet (TDS). The Tenderer shall be evaluated based on the latest revision of PPA-2006
& PPR-2008. If the total quoted amount varies by more than 10.00% (above/less) of the official cost estimate then the tender will be rejected. Tenderer must upload rate analysis in support of their quoted Rates, if the total quoted amount is more than the 5% (above/less)than the approved offical estimate.
2. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenderer shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS.
3. A Tenderer not having sufficent information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
4. The Tenderer will have to setup required Laboratory Facilities at the respective work site at his own cost & arrangement with proper equipment and manpower.
5.The tenderer have to ensure by certification that Manpower & Equipment as submitted along with the tender document will be used only for this partcular package.
