* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 166666 ~ 500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Tenderer with ABC license.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3 years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. installation/maintenance of substation equipment/ transmission line having voltage level 132kV or above, work order value of minimum BDT 2 Lac under maximum 1 (one) contracts over a period of last 3 (three) years
4) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 3 lac in the last 3 (three) years
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 3 lac.
6) The work shall have to be completed by 120 days (As per Shut-down)
