* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 50000000.
Eligibility criteria:
"1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor
or Sub - Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
2. (i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in
successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of Tk 1.5 ( One point five) Crore in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk.5.00 ( Five point zero zero) Crore.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.2 (One point two) Crore.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 1.5 ( One point five) Crore.
6. The tender must possess:
(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license (iv) Up-to-date Electrical Supervisory License & ABC License
(v) Attested copies of documents mentioned in Sl. No. (i), (ii), (iii),(iv) are to be submitted."
