* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 200000 ~ 600000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) General Experience: At Least 02 (two) years.
b) Specific Experience: At least 01 (one) contract amounting Tk. 02.00 (Two) lakh had been completed successfully supplying of similar goods in the last 07 (Seven) years in govt./ semi-govt./ public or autonomous body/ state owned organisation/ private organisation (in case of private organisation, the completion certificate will be supported with VAT payment challan).
c) Liquid Asset: The minimum amount of liquid assets: Tk. 2.50 (Two point Five) lakh.
d) Tenderer will submit full technical catalog (colored & printed) that describe each and every parameter of specification(s) for goods tendered.
e) The Supplier should be enlisted to Bagladesh Telecom Regulatory Commission ( BTRC ) for supplying the required Digital Two Way Radios and necessary  documents should be provided in favor of his enlistment
f) Manufacturer (of the goods to be supplied) should have Internationally recognized certification via. ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001 & OHSAS: 18001
