2. Authorization/ Consent Letter from the Manufacturer/authorized dealer or agent of the vital equipment/materials like PA amplifre, Power supply system proposed.
3. Catalogue/Brochure of the vital equipment like PA amplifire, speaker proposed for the work.
4. Consent letter for 1 year Warranty of the equipment/materials proposed.
5. Trade license, VAT , Income Tax.
6. ABC electrical supervisor certificate.
