Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 40000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 120000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 40000 ~ 120000.
Eligibility criteria:
(i) Valid Trade License Certificate (FY 2023-24).
(ii) Income Tax Return Certificate (FY 2022-23).
(iii) VAT Registration Certificate (i.e. having 11 digits)
(iv) Bank solvency certificate must be submitted with tender period.
(v) Bidder shall mention the Brand, Country of Origin/Made in and warranty of the items.
(vi) The tenderer shall have an experience of supplying similar goods as at least Tk. 35 Lac within the two years (FY 2021-22 & 2022-23) of government, Semi-Government and Autonomous organizations in the e-GP systems (work completion certificate must be submitted).
(vii) Delivery schedule must be mentioned in the offer.
(viii) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items through cheque.
(ix) 10% security money on total value must be submitted after issuing the notification of award.
(x) Samples must be provided before contract agreement.
(xi) Ministry of Railways reserves the right either to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
