Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Up to date Trade Licence, Bank Solvency & IT Certificate.
2. VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Bidder must submit ‘Manufacturer's Certificate of Analysis of Liquid Nitrogen’ issued within 1 month which will be considerd the basis to evaluate the tender documents.
4. i) Successful bidder must supply 54000 (±10) Ltr Liquid Nitrogen within 04 months from the date of issuence of PO.
ii) Normally, Delivery is to be made of 12,000-15,000 Ltr per month to CUFL Nitrogen Tank by bidder’s Bouser/Tanker. This monthly quantity may be increased as per demand.
iii) Qty and Time of Delivery of Liquid Nitrogen will be Fixed as per CUFL’s requirment. Delivery must be confirmed as per requirment. There will be no claim or bargain in this regard.
iv) About 30,000 Ltr Liquid Nitrogen will be supplied within 24 hours’ notice at the time of Plant Shut Down.
vi) Genarally the Liquid Nitrogen is to be supplied on working days but the holiday may be considered at Plant’s emergency.
vi) Suppliers should manage Natal gate themselves to enter or exit the Bouser/Tanker freely.
vii) The delivered Qty of Liquid Nitrogen will be measured by CUFL Liquid Nitrogen Reservoir Tank level percentage after unloading from successful bidder’s Nitrogen Tanker.
5. Inspection will be made before unloading by Tech. Dept of CUFL.
6. VAT, L.D. & other Taxes as per Govt. rules will be deducted from bill.
7. Payment will be made by A/C payee cheque on your submitted bill with M.R.R. issued.
8. Partial payment against partial delivery is allowed.
