(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility shall be BDT. 1,00,00,000.00(One crore) only.
(d) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, up to date Trade Licence Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with updated BIN number.
(e) Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other part of the Tender Document.
