Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 300000 ~ 900000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of overall experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
2. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 01 (One) number supply contract of similar goods and related services.The contract value must be at least BDT 2,90,000.00 (Two Lakh Ninety Thousand) only within last 3 (Three) years. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 2,90,000.00 (Two Lakh Ninety Thousand) only. The supporting bank document(s) cannot be issued more than 15 days before the date of submission.
4. The amount of the Tender Security shall be BDT 9,000.00 (Nine Thousand) only in favour of Principal, Patuakhali Polytechnic Institute, Patuakhali.
5. Having up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up-to-date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
6. Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS.
