The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 100.00 lakh (Total
Amounting Tk. 100.00 X5 = 500.00 Lakh) over the last 5( Five) years, counting backward from the date
of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 100.00 Lakh under of of Contract(s) over a period of last 05 years shall be required.
The Tender shall have minimum amount of liquid assets of TK. 40.00 lac. (Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of Credit .
* Contractors with 0% work progress cannot participate in the Tender.
