Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Update trade license.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 5(five) years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e building painting or metal structure painting or Transmission line painting or sub-station equipment/gaintry structure Repair, Maintenance and Muffling works value of minimum Tk. 8.0(eight) lac under minimum 2 (two) contracts over a period of last 5 (five) years in PGCB or goverment owned electrical organization or company.
4) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.14 (forteen) lac  over the last 5 (five) years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15 (fifteen) lac.
6) The work shall have to be completed by 120 (one hundred and twenty) days .
