Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one number of digital survey works contract(s) of similar nature, complexity technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2.75 (Two point seven Five) Lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomus organization of Bangladesh.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.00 (Three) Lac.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.50 (Four point Five) Lac over the last 05 ( Five) years.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: TK 3.30 Lac.
6. a) Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm.
b) Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate,VAT Certificate.
