Brief Description of Package: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air Conditioning (VRF) and Mechanical Ventilation Equipment with necessary material and accessories.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 200000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
i. The Tenderer shall have a minimum 05 (Five) years Experience on Supply, Installation,Testing and Commissioning of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) with VRF. System (Supported by Submitting Experience Certificate) ;
ii. The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience as a supplier /importer/Distributer with Installation,Testing and Commissioning of Air Conditioning VRF and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) System at least 02 (Two) Contract successfully completed with the minimum value of each Contract in BDT 75,00000.00 ( Taka Seventy Five Lac Only) within the last 05 (Five) years (Supported by Submitting of Completion Certificate)
iii. The Tenderer shall have the Authorization Letter from the Manufacturer/Principal as a supplier/distributer of ACMV Equipment.
iv. The Tenderer shall have the updated Trade Licence, Bank Solvency Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Income Tax Certificate.
v. The Prescribed Form of Tender Documents (Form ePG3-1 to 4) to be properly filled up by Tenderer and those Forms must be submitted with the Tender;
vi. The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset of working Capital or credit facilities to be 100 % of quoted price (Supported by Bank Certificate).
