Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Tractors and Accessories.

Tender Security: 500000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 16666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Manufacturers of tractor or sole agents who have Minimum 5 (Five) years of supply experience of similar nature of goods are eligible only.
2. Minimum supply value of supply of tractor and accessories in any government/semi government/autonomous organization under single contract in the last 5(five) years is TK. 16,000,000.00 (One crore Sixty Lakh)
3. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 16,000,000.00 (One crore Sixty Lakh) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms. Bank Statement is not allowed as proof of Minimum amount of liquid asset;
4. The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
5. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
6. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
7. The tenderer can participate in all lots under the package (GD-18) but One tenderer shall get maximum 01 (one) lot (if responsive lowest in more than 01 (One) lot) under this package (GD-18).
8. The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
