Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Reputed Contractors who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work i.e., Supply of Housing Pipe, Reducer, Upper-Lower etc for the re-habilitation of Deep Tube Well with a value of Tk. 83.00 (Eighty Three Lac) lakhs under a single contract in any govt/semi-govt/autonomous(govt) within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 135.00 (One Crore and Thirty Five Lac) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;

Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The bidders can either bid for one lot/tender or more in the same package and could be awarded more than one lot/tender if they satisfy the aggregate qualification criteria. Maximum number lots/tenders awarded to the same lowest responsive bidder is limited 1 (One).
