5. Tender Capacity calculation sheet has to be provided, Otherwise tenderer will be considered as technically non-responsive
6. Provide upto date trade license, VAT , TIN Certificate
7. Provide recent authorization letter , only authorized porson will be allowed to handle/manage all the contract related issue
8. Consider the site location and market price fluctuation of construction materials before finalizing the rate in BoQ to complete the works smoothly within given time period
