Brief Description of Package: Replacement of useless submersible pumps in Cox's Bazar Sadar thana along with supply and installation of new pumps.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 166666 ~ 500000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 years of general experience in construction works.
(b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar works with a value of at least Tk 2.00 (Two) lac in a single tender in Government /Semi-
Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years . In case of the work done except PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over of Tk 2.00 (Two) lac for the last five years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the eGP..
(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 2.00 (Two) lac . The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related work (the name of work). Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and
submission date of the tender.
(e) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
The tenderer must posses
i) income tax clearance certificate .
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) trade license.
