Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 133333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 133333 ~ 400000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) General experience of the Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years of Construction Works.
(b) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of RCC Grill Boundary Repair & Maintainance  work in a single contract/tender with a value of at least TK. 10.00 Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 3 (Three) years.
(c) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit facilities of the tender shall be Tk. 10.00 Lac.
(d) The Tenderers must submit with its Tender VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate . All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(e) The procuring entity hane right to receive or reject any part or all the tender.
