Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000; Tender Security: 500000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 50000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. General experience of the Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years of Construction Works.
b. Specific experience as a Contractor of at least 1(one) number of successful completion of Building Construction including internal sanitary & internal electrification works completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least BDT 135.00 Lac in a single contract.
c. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years of BDT 160.00 Lac. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
d. The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit facilities (must be in the form of PW3-7 in original form) of BDT 200.00 Lac. Others formats/documents are not acceptable.
e. The Tender Capacity is BDT 150.00 Lac. List of on-going works must be submitted as per instructed format.
f. The Tenderers must submit with its Tender VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, ABC contractor & Electric Supervisory license.
g. Enclosed all documents is the part & parcel of the Tender.
h. Tenderers debarred in World Bank/AIIB are not eligible.
All the forms enclosed with the tender shall be properly filled up & submitted.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be properly fulfilled.
