Brief Description of Package: Supply and Installation of solar pump for Dug-well. (Lot No: 12).
Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 150000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
• Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work (Installation of Solar panel and pump for Dugwell) as specific experience  of value  Tk 45.00 (Fourty Five) lakhs under single contract in any Government or semi government or autonomous organization. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
• The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
• The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender.
• Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
• The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
• Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
• The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
