* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 466666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 466666 ~ 1400000.

Eligibility criteria:
i) Tenderer must submit an up-to-date Trade License.
ii) Tenderer must submit a valid VAT Registration certificate from the concerned office.
iii) Tenderer must submit up to date Tax clearance certificate from the NBR/concerned office
iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Tk. 4.00 lakh. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2b-3 of Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose. In case of Bank statement, it should be issued after the IFT.
v) Must Have Similar experience in successful Supply of Motor Vehicle Fittings/Fixtures worth not less than Tk. 4.50 Lakh in a single work order worth in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. Years counting backward form the date of publication of tender in newspaper.
Vi) Must Have General experience of a minimum 3 years in successful Supply of Goods in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. Years counting backward form the date of publication of tender in newspaper.
Vii)The supplies & work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order. Bill is subject to getting funds from GOB.
