Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:

This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Reputed Contractors who have the following eligibility Criteria as mentioned below:
a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of General experience in the supply of electro-mechanical Goods and related services.
b) The satisfactory completion of Supply similar Goods of minimum Tk. 45.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Private in Bangladesh. under maximum 01 (One) contracts in the last five (05) of years. The above experience/ work completion certificate in a prescribed form A (attached herewith) shall have to be submitted as follows:
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
iii) In case of the work done under in Private Organization/ building, the certifying authority shall be owner/ client/ user and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of installation.
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 60.00 Lac
d) The Tenderer must have up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, BIN Registration Certificate from the NBR, up to date valid Trade License.
e) Other documents for supporting technical specification and compliance and as Per TDS & PCC
