Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.
Eligibility criteria:
01.A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 7,50,000.00 (Taka Seven Lac Fifty Thousand) Only under 1 (One) of contract over a period of 05 (Five) years shall be required.
02. The required average annual turnover shall of minimum Tk. 8,00,000.00 (Tk.Eight Lac) only over the last 03 (three) years.
03. Tenderer shall have liquid Asset of Tk. 8,00,000.00 (Tk. Eight Lac) Only.
04. Tenderer Engaged in Yearly Emergency installation, repair, recovery and re-installation of 11 KV, 11/0.4KV & 0.4KV overhead lines and distribution transformers for 02 nos NOCS in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender.
05. Tenderer Engaged in Distribution Support Service (DSS) in a NOCS of DPDC will not be considered for Yearly Emergency installation, repair, recovery and re-installation of 11 KV, 11/0.4KV & 0.4KV overhead lines and distribution transformers for both the NOCS of that circle.

08. Valid & up to date VAT Registration Number (13 digit) /Certificate and BIN
09. Valid & up to date Bank Solvency Certificate
10. Valid & up to date Electrical License with ABC
