* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2400000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) Reputed supplier who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in supply of Goods to in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years counting backward form the date of tender publication in newspaper.
(b) Having experience in successful completion of Supply at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of Goods (Computers), worth not less than Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lakh in a single work order worth in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. Years counting backward form the date of publication of tender in newspaper. Must submit the work completion certificates in this regard.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or free cash fund or credit line(s), of the tenderer Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. Incase of credit line facilities, specific format (PG2-5/ PG3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
(d) Up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
(e) The supplier must be an Importer or an authorized partner of the importer or Distributor. Must submit the proper documents in this regard.
(f)Must Mention Brand Model and submit original catalogue/Brochure must be submitted through e-GP system.
(g) Must have their own servicing center for after-sales service to cover the warranty of active parts. Must submit the proper documents in this regard.
(h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender document.
