Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 150000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 450000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
b) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number Building construction work including civil, sanitary, electrical works (Supplying& installation of at least 150 KVA capacity substation&30 KVA capacity Generator) worth not less than Tk.1300.00 (One Thousand Three Hundred) lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi- Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
c) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk.2200.00 (Two Thousand Two Hundred) Lakh only during last 5(five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
d) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.450.00 (Four Hundred Fifty) Lakh only. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive.
e) The tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License, ABC category Electrical license & supervisory license.Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
f) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.1300.00 (One Thousand Three Hundred) Lakh Only. Must be submitted as per STD.
