Brief Description of Package: Construction of Semi-pacca Tin Shed Site Office with RCC foundation, RCC Column, Grade Beam, Brick wall, MS Gril, Thai window, Wooden Door, Electrical works, Plumbing & Sanitary works, Boundary wall, MS Gate, HBB entry road, supply of Office Furniture and Equipment etc. Works under Land Acquisition, Land Development & Protection for Patuakhali 1320 MW Super Thermal Power Plant Project of APSCL at Debpur mouza, Champapur Union, Kalapara Upazila of Patuakhali District by Open Tendering Method (OTM) through e-GP.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 200000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. All e-GP registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tenders provided may fulfilled the criteria in respect of legal, technical & financial are describe in the TDS (Tender Data Sheet) of tender document.
2. The tenderer shall have all legal documents such as Valid Trade License, Valid TIN Certificate, Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate or Latest Income Tax Acknowledgement Receipt, VAT Registration Certificate and Bank Solvency Documents, etc.
3. The Tenderer should fulfill all other eligibility criteria which are stated in Tender Document.
4. After accomplishing the tender opening process. If TEC is disable to download the important documents of the tender/s which consequently affects the tender evaluation process or creates ambiguity; then, TEC may treat the said tender/s as non-responsive.
5. The tenderer will not be eligible for those state or countries which have not business/diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
6. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without showing any reason.
7. JVCA is not applicable for this Tender. Any Tender found with JVCA, shall be considered as Non-Responsive.
