Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 30000000.
Eligibility criteria:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities.
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building construction including Electrification works.
ii) Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Similar /Building Construction works (including electrification work) of Tk. 80.00 Lac in a single tender during last five years.The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.
iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk. 250.00 Lac Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.130.00 Lac,supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v) All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid.
vi) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
vii) Tenderer must have upto date ABC category contractory and supervisory licence from Electric licensing board.
viii) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate ,that tender will be non-responsive.
ix) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 90.00 Lac.
