Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1100000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1100000 ~ 3300000.
Eligibility criteria:
01. The tenderer must have general experience of 03 (Three) years supply of goods.
02. A satisfactory completion supply of Transformer Repairing Materials under govt./semi govt./Autonomous organization/ Public Limited Company amounting not less than TK- 6,00,000.00 (Six Lakh) only as a prime contractor in a single contract within last 03 (Three) years.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be TK- 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lakh) only which shall be supported by a bank statement and the statement will not be before the tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderers who will submit credit facilities from the bank should submit a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for a line of credit (form PW3-7)
04. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
05. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this tender.
06. The tenderer must submit a copy of NID, Valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate with income tax return certificate/acknowledgment slip
