Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 80000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 240000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 80000000 ~ 240000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have authorization letter from manufacturing company for supply of any goods from foreign country and this letter should be submitted along with the tender.
2. Tenderer shall have updated valid trade license, VAT & updated income tax clearance certificate etc.
3. Tenderer shall fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender.
4. Satisfactory completion of similar works of at least TK. 7.00 crore under maximum 3 contracts over a period of last 5 years.
5. The annual average construction turnover shall be 4.00 crore over the last 5 years.
6. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities will be as tender document.
7. Tenderer must have to submit a list of manpower & ewuipment as ITT clause 17.1 & 18.1 in TDS. 
In all cases the terms and conditions of TDS & PCC will be followed.
