Eligibility criteria:

They shall have:
a) Valid Trade license, up-to-date TIN Certificate and VAT Certificate.
b) The Tenderers shall have Experience of similar nature of work having contract amount of Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) lac in a single contract within the last 5 (five) years.
c) The Tenderers shall have average annual construction turnover greater than Tk. 98.00 (Ninety Eight) lac over the last 05 (five) years. (The Annual Construction Turnover shall be counted by payment Certificate).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) lac lac
e) The Tenderers shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) lac.
f) The Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected as per ITT Clause 30.3
g) If the total quoted price is more than 5% (five percent) less/above the Engineer’s estimate, then the tenderer must submit an item-wise Analysis of Rates along with tender.
h) “In past performance evaluation matrix, tenderers must submit Contract Agreements with Completion Certificates especially for low value tenders (<1.00 Lac) and tenders without e-GP”. (Ref.
