* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 26000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. All the tenderer must be registered with e-GP portal through CPTU.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in related service/category.
3. The satisfactory completion of similar nature of work of minimum Tk. 156.00 Lakh (One Hundred Fifty Six Lakhs BDT) in a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
4. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 320.00 Lakh (Three Hundred Twenty Lakhs BDT) over the last 5 years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 156.00 Lakh (One Hundred Fifty Six Lakh BDT)( must be provided as per form enclosed in
tender document).
6. All the tenderer must fulfill the other qualification criteria stated in TDS
7. The Procurement of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
8. Notification of Award (NOA) and Work Order will be issued after getting approval of budget provision from competent authority and payment will be made subject to fund available for which no claim will be entertained by the contractor.
9. Tender Security is Payable in the form of a Demand Draft/Pay order in favour of the Deputy Director, Dhaka Regional Accounting Centre (Dhaka RAC), BWDB, Dhaka or irrevocable Bank Guarantee in favour of the Project Director, IMIP, MIP, BWDB, Dhaka
