Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 19000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6333333 ~ 19000000.

Eligibility criteria:
 
1. All tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified.
2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements :
a) A minimum general work experience of 10 years.
b) Specific experience of similar work in a single contract of minimum value of Taka 56.00 Lac (Taka Fifty Six Lac) only. Work completion certificate from respective Procuring Entity must be submitted along with the Tender. 5 years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the egp system.
c) Minimum annual construction Turnover of Taka 111.00 Lac (Taka One Crore Eleven Lac) only over the last 5 years .5 years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the egp system.
d) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 74.00 Lac (Taka Seventy Four Lac) only. In case of available credit from the Bank it shall clearly mention the name of the work and Tender Reference No.The liquid asset or credit facilities certificates from competent authority should be not more than 28 days back from the date of submission.
e) If bank statement submitted as a proof of liquid asset than the minimum required amount shall have to be retained into the account until the completion of evaluation of the tender. Otherwise the tender will be non-responsive.
f) The required minimum tender capacity shall be Taka 56.00 Lac (Taka Fifty Six Lac) only.
g) If the total quoted price of any submitted tender is more than 10% less or above than the official estimated cost then the tender shall not be recommended for approval as per amended acts and rules of PPA2006 & PPR2008.
