Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 600000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 03 (Three) years.
A satisfactory completion of grass cutting/debris cleaning/civil maintenance having completed work value of minimum Tk. 2.00 (Two) lac under maximum 01 (one) contract over a period of last 03(Three) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Completion certificate from concerned authority is mandatory as a proof.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2(Two) Lac over the period last 03(Three) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk. 1.50 lac.
