* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 29500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 88500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 29500000 ~ 88500000.

Eligibility criteria:

All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
1. If the total quoted price is more than 10% (ten percent) less/above than the Offiial Cost, the tender shall be evaluated as Non-Responsive.
2. In case of JVC Experience Certificates (Similar work experience, Turnover etc) submission, the tenderer must submit the documents (Joint Venture Agreement etc) in favour of percent share among the all Joint Venture partners
3. A list of year-wise breakdown of turnover must be submitted with the payment certificate. Failing to submit the mentioned documents/certificates, tender will not be evaluated.
4. Tenderer must submit the ownership/lease documents/agreements of their plants & equipments
5. For submission of any false information and documents shall consider the Tenderer Non-Responsive and be De-barred.

1. As per consent of CPTU, The Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP System with the help of online database system TDMS.
2. Qualification information and evidences, personal list etc.) of the tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system.
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, The information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
4. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. Evaluation Sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC.
