Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer must have OMR machine(for random testing of the forms during the process of production) facilities and Bonafide Printing Press (within the country) with variable data print digital machine and also with inline automatic dye perforation machine, automatic number printing machine, automatic sheet cutter and Capable of making OMR forms with QR Codes Printing (All these steps must be done automatically in same line and same time of production).
2. The tenderer must have OMR machine facilities and Bonafide Printing Press
3. Valid Trade License 2023-24
4. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2022-23 (Including TIN No).
5. VAT Registration Certificate.
6. The minimum amount of liquid asset Tk. 3(Five) Crore (/Attach supporting document).
7. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five years overall experience in the supply of similar goods and related services
8. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of specific experience (complete Answer scripts along with papers,Top cover OMR form with Litho code & QR code, printing of cover page, Binding, Sewing, Packaging and supplying in a poly-coated jute bag)
9. Experience Certificate (regarding three years specific experience in Supply of similar item) stating amount/ Photostat Copies of work order duly attested by any Class-1 Gazetted Officer regarding the supply of complete answer scripts along with OMR forms in Dhaka/ Rajshahi/ Cumilla/Jessore/ Madrasha education boards.
