Eligibility criteria:

This tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed combined contractors who have minimum 5 years of general experience in RCC building Construction with internal&External electrification works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of work including civil & electrical works of minimum Tk. 191 lac in a single tender submitted by tenderer in Bangladesh of Govt./semi govt./autonomous bodies/organization during last 5(five) years.
(C) The Tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk 200 lac with necessary supporting documents from the concerned authorities(work certificate).
(D)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.190 lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh only in the format as specified by CPTU (Form PW3), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty One (21) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract.
(E) Minimum Tender Capacity must be Tk.270 Lac in case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS.
(F) Scanned colored copy of original Up-to date Trade License, BIN, JV Agreement copy(if any), Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate, civil license, ABC/BC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of the people's republic of Bangladesh.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in GCC & PCC of tender documents must be fulfilled. Duplicate/false papers will make the contractor ineligible
