Eligibility criteria:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
b.Following documents are to be submitted/uploded.
(I) General experience of supply of Goods and related services in last 03 (Three) years in any government organization.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
II) The satisfactory completion of supply of dal/dietary/similar Goods of minimum 1.10 lakh under at least 1 (one) contract in the last 05(five) years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(III) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
(IV) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of minimum of Tk. 1,30,000/- isused after of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) Registration Certificate.
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Unnotamaner Cholar Dal] must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
