Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 01 (one) year of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk.2.40 lakh under a maximum 01 (one) contract in any government organisation in the last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of Tk.2.40 lakh issued after July 2023.(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Cholar Dal] must be submitted in 03 (three) transparent containers to the Sunamganj District Jail as per technical specifications before the tender opening date and time.
