Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all qualified Tenderers as mentioned bellow:
1. Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
2. Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1 (One) number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk. 170.00 (One hundred Seventy) Lac only in a single work order in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [180.00 (One Hundred Eighty) Lac] during the last [5(Five)] years.
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 160.00(One hundred Sixty) Lac supported by Bank certificate.
5. Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
6. Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
7. All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
