Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 933333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 933333 ~ 2800000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all qualified tenderers as mentioned below:
a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of Science Equipment and and related services from Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organizations, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Documents in support of 5 year of experience should be submitted, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
b) The tenderer shall have a minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in the supply of Science Equipment and related services from Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organizations, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Specific Experience must submit in the form of Work Complesion Certificate.
c) The minimum supply value of Science Equipment under 1 (one) contract as specific experience is minimum Tk. 7.50 lakhs (seven Lakhs and fifty thousand) in the last three (3) years from Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organizations.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 7.50 lakhs. It must be submit with proper format.
e) The tenderer shall have updated Trade License & Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
